Impressive hotel. Stunning design, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the long walk to my room in the West Tower was exhausting, especially for my handicapped father-in-law. Check-in was frustrating; no bellboy to assist, and over an hour in line with no seating for waiting family members. Staff interactions were uneven. Dennis from Engineering stood out as exceptional, but Reyam at check-in was dismissive, which was disappointing. Amenities could improve—no fridge or kettle in the room. The cleaning staff’s handling of my personal items was concerning as well. it desperately needs renovations. Beautiful location, but they must address service efficiency and overall maintenance for a better experience.

The room had a spacious layout, but it felt dated and in need of refurbishment. The mattress was uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Temperature control was inefficient; the air conditioner struggled to cool the space properly. Noise levels from the casino were intrusive, disrupting relaxation. Unfortunately, the bathroom was unsightly with hair remnants from previous guests, and the shower drain was clogged. There were no coffee-making facilities or refrigerator, which was a disappointment. Easy parking was a plus, but the overall cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations.

Great location by shopping and other casinos. The room was spacious and comfortable, but our initial allocation felt dark and smelly. The ice melted too quickly with no fridge available, which was inconvenient. Cleanliness was an issue—filthy hallways detracted from the experience. A hidden camera found in the room raised concerns. While check-in was painfully slow, some staff were friendly, though third-party vendors left much to be desired. Despite the stylish views and amenities, the experience was a bumpy ride overall.

I loved the spacious room with a stunning view! The pool was the perfect escape from the Vegas heat, and you can’t beat the abundance of on-site dining options. The shows and entertainment kept my energy high and made for unforgettable nights!

Top selection for a hurried visit in Las Vegas with value for money. Huge parking lot was a plus.

Every time we stay in Las Vegas, like to stay here. It has marvellous location for visiting a high-end resort. Area is great and near to car rental as well as both the main areas. The breakfast is served in the café!

Honestly, the elevators were a nightmare. With only one working, I waited ages just to get down. Plus, the key cards were so finicky—half the time, they wouldn’t even work. It was super frustrating, especially hauling luggage.
